Returns Policy

All used/refurbished and new products on our website are sold with a minimum 30 day RTB (Return to Base) or a manufacturers warranty. Should a fault occur within the warranty period we will then provide you with the information you need to solve your fault or problem. We will endeavour to complete all returns within 5 working days. For further assistance please contact us by email at: enquiries@spartanoutlet.com

In accordance with EU Regulations, you the shopper have the right to cancel within seven days of receipt of the goods. If you do cancel your order, you will have your payment returned. You should contact us on email at: enquiries@spartanoutlet.co.uk within 7 days of receipt of goods, together with your transaction ID which you will have received on your confirmation email from WorldPay when completing the original transaction. We will then reply to you and organise for the collection of goods from you. Once the returned goods are received in satisfactory condition as outlined below, payment will be returned.

Please note, all items returned would need to be in their original condition with packaging and any other accessories they may have come with. If any item is returned which is not in the original condition it was sent in, then we reserve the right to refuse any refund or replacement of the item(s). Please also be aware of our warranty terms if you are unsure whether an item(s) is returnable or not.

Warranty periods on our used/refurbished products:
Desktop/Base Units: 30 Days
TFT Monitors: 30 Days
Laptops/Notebooks/Netbooks: 90 Days
iPods and Smartphones: 90 Days

Any products not in the above categories will have their warranty period displayed on the product listing. If you are unsure, please contact us to confirm.

Spartan Outlet goes through thorough testing with all of our refurbished products to avoid any issues in the future and most of all ensure that you have a product you know will last. Below is what we cover and what we do not cover

  • Software Issues including Jailbreaking

Monitor Warranty

What we DO cover

  • Power Supply
  • Pixel Damage (Over 6 pixels in one place or more)

What we DON'T cover

  • Blemishes or missing pixels are less than 6 pixels (red, green or blue).
  • Backlight is not covered for continuous industrial/systems monitoring (more then 100hrs per week).
  • Accidental Damage including Water Damage
  • Abnormal Wear (Industrial applications, household pets chewing wires etc)
