1) How can I trust Spartan Outlet

We have successfully been trading since 2008 and have a solid reputation in the trade industry in both new and used/refurbished stock. In addition we are a certified Microsoft Registered Refurbisher.

2) How do I know I am getting the best deal?

Our pricing team are constantly checking our competitors websites on a daily basis to ensure we can offer the best price deals we can, we also aim to give you the best quality customer service.

3) Should I be worried about buying used products?

No, all our refurbished products go through a rigourus multi-point quality assurance checklist before they leave our warehouse warehouse. Also all of our used products are graded with all of the relevant information explained in the item listing so you know exactly what to expect when receiving your item.

4) Are my credit details safe when ordering over the internet?

Our payments are fully secured through WORLD PAY, a globally recognised market leader in the dealing of payment and financial data. Using the latest SSL technology your data is encrypted before being stored on our servers only for the necessary amount of time before being deleted. Your data is never passed to any other companies other than for the prevention of fraud. Ordering online with us is guaranteed to be safe and secure. Financial information (for example: credit card numbers & expiry dates) is directly processed using a secure bank transaction.

We use the most advanced encryption technology to make sure your personal details and payment details are kept safe at all times. This means there will be no unauthorised access to your account details. As an extra security measure, you will be automatically logged out of the website after 20 minutes of inactivity in case you forget to close your browser after use.

5) I have an unwanted item, can I return it?

If you have ordered an item by mistake, or find that you no longer require an item, please contact us and we will be able to provide you with a return number and the address to send the item(s) back to. Once items are received, they will be checked over and if found to be in satisfactory condition, we will provide you with a refund for the item.

Please note, all items returned would need to be in their original condition with packaging and any other accessories they may have come with.
